Over a year after its initial broadcast, an original remix from Jamie xx’s 2011 Essential Mix has finally surfaced in non-truncated form online.

Sandwiched between Pangaea’s eerie ‘Bear Witness’ and Peter Horrevorts’ jubilant ‘Siren’, Jamie xx’s take on Holly Miranda’s ‘Slow Burn Treason’ was a delicate highlight. The mix is now doing the rounds in full, and hews closer to the producer’s day job than to his spanglier solo productions. Kyp Malone from TV On The Radio also contributes some typically brittle vocals. [via Pinboard]
