Fancy a trip to Poland this August? Tauron Nowa Muzyka might help make your mind up.

Set in the mining city of Katowice, Poland’s leading electronic music festival has added another wave of artists to it’s bill. Warp crooner Jamie Lidell will be bringing his abstract soul revivalism back to Poland once again, and he will be joined by Ninja Tune veteran Amon Tobin, operating under his bass-heavy Two Fingers moniker. Elsewhere, London’s Deptford Goth will be supporting his gorgeous Life After Defo album, long-running Austrian G-Stoners Tosca will touch down in Poland for the first time, and local act Öszibarack round off the announcement.

The handful of new additions join an already packed line-up featuring Moderat, LFO, Skream, Squarepusher, JETS, Venetian Snares, Holly Herndon, Zebra Katzz and Njena Reddd Foxxx, Jon Hopkins, Darling Farah, Mmoths and Dawn Day Night. Cologne-based techno imprint Kompakt will also be piecing together a special label showcase in celebration of their 20th year, featuring appearances from DJ Koze, Sid Le Rock and Coma, Matias Aguayo and ZA!
