East London house night TACTiLE returns to Shoreditch’s Horse and Groom this Saturday with a headline set by Rinse FM’s Kismet.
Kismet, as part of the Circle collective, has been getting a lot of press lately, not least by Martin ‘Blackdown’ Clark, whose Pitchfork column recently focussed on them. With a sound that falls between classic house and their own, ‘dubbage’ rollers, Circle’s clubnights are some of the most talked-about in London, and at TACTiLE Kismet – whose ‘Loose Screw’ has become an anthem of late – will do his thing across a two hour set. He’s also one of the folk who brought through one of house music’s brightest starlets in Wbeeza.
Supporting is Tom Lea, FACT’s contributing editor and boss of the Local Action record label.
Also on board, DJ Esinn of New Family, who spun at the last Secretsundaze and was a resident at the Horse & Groom’s Rut parties, and TACTiLE resident Tomas, who’s made a mix to promote the night here.
Entry is free before 10pm, and the party lasts until 4am. Advance tickets are available from Resident Advisor, Facebook event is here.
