Chris & Cosey‘s classic Heartbeat and Trance LPs have been remastered and reissued on vinyl.

Originally released via Rough Trade in 1981 and 1982, these albums have come to be seen as classics of British electronic music, inspiring countless electro, techno, disco and minimal wave artists who have followed in the duo’s wake. There certainly seems to be renewed interest in the Throbbing Gristle members’ extra-curricular work of late, with Chris Carter’s breathtaking The Space Between recently edited and reissued on vinyl by Optimo.

Both remastered editions of Heartbeat and Trance have been pressed on coloured vinyl and are being sold in initial runs of 500. More info here.
