Two high-profile rap collaborations appeared online this weekend.

The Eminem-featuring ‘Roman’s Revenge’, from Nicki Minaj’s much-hyped forthcoming solo debut, Pink Friday, leaked, and it’s great. Swizz Beatz gets ultra-harsh on the production, building up layers of snapping snares until the track’s practically suffocating under them, while Nicki gives one of her all-time belting vocal performances, (allegedly) taking shots at Lil Kim and doing the angry and insane thing way better than Eminem has in years.

‘Roman’s Revenge’

On the UK side of things, ‘Bright Lights’, Wiley and Giggs’ collaboration with Diplomats’ Juelz Santana has surfaced. We were gonna say Juelz has the best verse on this, but then he drops “paparazzi taking pictures of my new car / but they don’t know I’m on my way to get a new car” which is dodgy even by Dipset standards. Still does more than Wiley we guess.
