So Mogwai have a new album out, as of this week.

It’s called Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will, and as is the norm when a band have an album out, they’ve made a video for the lead single, ‘Mexican Grand Prix’. We can’t imagine Mogwai are that into making music videos in all truth, and you won’t find any Gaga-style long-form cavorting here; just a bunch of people’s faces and shots of towerblocks and street corners. Presumably in Scotland, rather than Mexico. Still at least you might spot your nan or something.
