Deep house master Rick Wilhite will release the first album of a long career next week, Analog Aquarium.
For the unfamiliar, the work Wilhite has put in is legendary, both as a solo producer and DJ, as part of Three Chairs with Theo Parrish, Marcellus Pittman and Kenny Dixon Jr, and as owner of the Vibes New & Rare Music record store. Analog Aquarium marks his first ever album, and features nine new Wilhite productions, some solo and some collaborative – Pittmann, Parrish and more feature.
We’re giving away a track from it, ‘City Bar Dancing Basement Mix’, featuring Billy Love. Download it below, and start your weekend with a twinkle.
