Soundcrash curate proceedings at London’s XOYO on April 16, with a headline set by Lukid.

A key artist on Actress’s Werk Discs label, Lukid has quietly worked a niche for himself in one of the weirder corners of UK dance music, with a sound that takes in flattened hip-hop, boogie, strange pop and much more. His FACT mix is still a minor classic in our books, as is his 2008 album Foma, and his selection as a DJ is second to very few.

Also on the bill, California mixtape legend Kutmah, UK hip-hop from Jehst and Ghostpoet (on stage at 10.30 and 9.30, respectively), and a live show from DC Recordings/Black Acre artist Kelpe, as well as Soundclash resident Anchorsong, who’ll be launching a new EP.
