In brief: Dam-Funk remixes Ariel Pink, Planningtorock, Basement Jaxx


Some brief audio and video bits today:

DFA sax-wielder Planningtorock has unveiled her the video for ‘The Breaks’, which will be released through DFA on May 9, on 9″ vinyl and digital.



California lounge lizard Dam-Funk has remixed fellow West Coasters Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti. It sounds as you’d expect – very L.A., and very good:


And finally, Basement Jaxx have recorded their debut film score for forthcoming sci-fi Attack the Block, featuring Nick Frost. ‘The Ends’ soundtracks the films finale and can be streamed below.
