A new track from Self-Made 2, the forthcoming crew album from Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group, has been premiered by MMG affiliate DJ Scream.

Complex point towards the new track, titled ‘Deez Hoez’. To these ears, there’s not a single surprise element at play: the hi-hats rattle, the ersatz horns blare, the whole affair plays less like a track than a movie trailer. That said, ‘Deez Hoez’ boasts some spirited performances that inject the instrumental with the necessary urgency to keep things interesting. Meek’s nimble, reedy flow raises the stakes, and French Montana’s brief salvo remains enjoyable despite containing absolutely nothing of lyrical interest. Click here to listen.
