Volatile pop-rap songstress Azealia Banks is at it yet again, this time taking shots at superstar Lady Gaga.

Apparently the controversy stems from a couple of tracks the two divisive performers were working on; last year Banks revealed to Mix TV that they were working together:

“I worked with Lady Gaga, but I worked with Lady Gaga from afar. We worked via email and via Internet. We have a song called Red Flame and a song called Ratchet, but I don’t know what she’s doing with it. She’s going to release it when she wants to release it.”

Here’s where it gets interesting, Lady Gaga’s brand new album ARTPOP is reported to contain a track also called ‘Red Flame’, and predictably Miss Banks took to Twitter to vent. Before announcing her support for Katy Perry in the Billboard war (Perry and Gaga are near neck-a-neck), she Tweeted “Make sure u let them know where u got the title for red flame from. U stole that from the demo I sent u.”

It certainly seems like Banks might have a point this time, but what both artists seem to be forgetting is that the Based Legend himself Lil B had it patented before either of ’em got involved. Score one for the Bay. [via Metro]
