Thinking of applying to Red Bull Music Academy in Paris this year?

RBMA has lined up a UK lecture tour to inspire the next wave of applicants, taking in four cities up and down the country with expert advice dished out by a host of veteran French producers.

The tour kicks off in Leeds on February 3 with DJ Deep, who’s about to release his music in nearly 15 years on L.I.E.S. and Desire Records. The next stop is Liverpool with house forefather François K followed by electroclash survivor and tastemaker Ivan Smagghe in Bristol. Finally on February 5 it’s Gilb’R, boss of Versatile Records and half of Chateau Flight with I:Cube, delivering a lecture in London.

Each session will be open to a small audience of prospective applicants – apply for tickets through Red Bull.

Applications for RBMA Paris, which will take place from October 25 – November 27, are now officially open. Download the application form at from Red Bull and get it postmarked by March 4 to meet the deadline.
