Diagonal boss Powell has capped off an eventful 2015 by recording his own lo-fi “Christmas carol” for Mary Anne Hobbs’ BBC 6 Music show.

‘Angry Elf (Stocking Mix)’ is – you’ve guessed it – comprised of samples from festive favourite Elf and Powell’s trademark electronic gristle. One to inject a bit of energy into Christmas morning with the family.
