Worryingly life-like.

Pharrell is teaming up with Japanese toy company Medicon to release his own action figure, it was announced via Instagram yesterday (May 4).

The figure will see the ‘Get Lucky’ singer modelling the same divisive outfit he wore to the 2014 GRAMMYs, including that Vivienne Westwood cowboy hat and waxy red Adidas tracksuit top. It also comes with a bracelet, watch, carabiner and a microphone. Oh, and there’s even a matching neck tattoo.

Pharrell joins the creepy canon of musicians who have already been immortalised in plastic, including Travi$ Scott and Daft Punk.

Costing $281 – slightly less than the Japanese figurine that went for $20,000 at the Hong Kong edition of the Art Basel show last year – you can pick up your own mini Pharrell in January 2017.

Coming soon… @medicom_toy

Pharrell has been working with Skepta on his long-awaited Konnichiwa LP, which is due to drop tomorrow. “When I’m in the studio with him, cos I love music as well, it’s like I’m working with someone I’ve known all my life, and we’re both there to make the sickest track that we can,” said the grime MC on the collaboration.
