A blend of beats and noise from three leading experts.

Nino Pedone aka Shapednoise delivered an album’s worth of mangled techno last year with Different Selves, but he’s back with a new record and a pair of likeminded friends in tow.

This month, the Italian producer will release Deafening Chaos Serenity, an EP featuring collaborations with Roly Porter and Rabit. He’s in good company, as Rabit and Porter have shown off their own love for destructive sounds with recent albums, Third Law and Communion.

The EP drew inspiration from the ‘Serenity Manifesto’ written by Milan-based writer Francesco Birsa Alessandri (with contributions by Rabit) which is included with the 12″ release. It marks the next in a long line of fascinating collaborations for Pedone, who in the last year alone has worked on releases with Mumdance, Logos and Black Rain.

Deafening Chaos Serenity is due November 17 via Type (a label independently operated by FACT’s John Twells) and can be previewed below through a track sampler with stunning visuals by Werkflow.
