The Hessle Audio-affiliated producer, who honed his production chops working for Native Instruments in Berlin before releasing music – his first single, ‘The Goose That Got Away’ arriving with such strength and precision that people were speculating that it was the work of a more established artist – is also one hell of a DJ, drawing heavily on techno and usually playing at a quicker tempo than many of his contemporaries.
