From the label that brought you Trick Daddy and Trina comes Teenear.

Ted Lucas, founder of Slip-n-Slide Records, has always has a flair for picking up Miami’s most promising talent. Aside from bringing Trick Daddy and Trina into prominence, he was the one who introduced the world to Rick Ross before the Maybach Music drop made Puff Daddy’s dick hard.

His latest is teen pop and R&B singer Teenear, who impressed him with her YouTube cover of Rihanna’s ‘Stay’. Now she’s following up her 2015 debut – a Sage the Gemini collab called ‘Friday Night’ – with ‘Streetlights’.

“The song is about how I’m in a relationship and with us being so young, we don’t always have all the time in the world to be with each other,” she says of the track. “When we do get the time, let’s just give it our all. Let’s dance, have fun, and enjoy the moment.”
