Recently, if you’d been following us on Twitter, you’d have had the opportunity to enter our competition to win a pair of tickets for this year’s Sonar festival.

But if you missed out don’t worry – this week’s contest is even bigger. That’s right, we’re giving away two tickets to 2010’s edition of Bestival.

In case you hadn’t noticed, Bestival has stormed its way to the very summit of UK festivals in recent years, and it’s line-up for ’10 sees it continue that rise, with LCD Soundsystem, Dizzee Rascal, Roxy Music, the xx, Fever Ray, Richie Hawtin (as Plastikman) and more already confirmed.’

If that’s not enough, Tricky, Mumford and Sons, Alex Metric, Sub Focus, Temper Trap, Crystal Fighters, Jamie Woon, Dave Clarke, Mylo, Aeroplane, DJ Yoda, Skream, Zinc, Joker, Jack Beats, Shy FX, Caspa, Adrian Sherwood, dBridge and Instra:mental, Breakage and more were all recently announced.

And that’s far from the end of it; they joined a line-up already sporting Chase and Status, Delphic, Gil Scott Heron, High Llamas, Hot Chip, Simian Mobile Disco, Samuel and the Dragon, Echo and the Bunnymen, Joy Orbison, Vitalic, David Rodigan, Dixon, Ewan Person, Untold, Nathan Fake, Ramadanman, Sbtrkt, Seth Troxler, Greg Wilson, Ulrich Schnauss, Tinie Tempah, The Flaming Lips and many, many more.

Obviously being Bestival, that’s far from the end of it: you’ve also got the comedy, the food, the atmosphere, the weather (well it’s been sunny for two out of the last three years), and let’s face it, all your friends are intending to go. So why not cut out the middle man – you know, that one that costs you money – and enter our competition?

The entry process for this competition is slightly different to our usual. To show our love for all of you who follow us on Twitter, and to add more of you to that ever-growing family, to be entered in this comp you must a) follow us on Twitter and b) re-tweet the ‘Win a pair of Bestival tickets’ tweet that we’ll be posting today and repeatedly over the next ten days.

You can follow us at any time, and re-tweet at any time, so if you’re not on Twitter at present, there’s no need to worry. As long as you register as a FACT follower and re-tweet the message at any point in the next ten days, you’ll be entered into the competition.

So, in summary, here’s how you enter:

1. You must be a registered user of Twitter.
2. You must opt to ‘follow’ us (twitter.com/factmagazine) on Twitter.
3. You must re-tweet one of the several ‘Win a pair of Bestival tickets’ tweets that we’ll be posting to all our followers.
4. Do the above and you will be automatically entered into the draw, no need to do anything else.

The competition closes at midnight on Friday 19 March; the winner will be notified soon after via, appropriately enough, Twitter.
