The virtual band previously shared Banx & Ranx’ rework of ‘Saturnz Barz’.

Gorillaz have released three new remixes from their forthcoming album Humanz.

Following the remix of ‘Saturnz Barz’ by Montreal duo Banx & Ranx, Damon Albarn & co. have handed over the reigns to Bonobo for a rework of ‘Andromeda’, while British-born producer Nic Fanciulli handles ‘Ascension’.

There’s also a new version of ‘We Got The Power’ by Claptone – a tech house producer who wears a plague doctor’s mask.

Humanz – the band’s first new album in six years – features an all-star lineup that includes Kelela, Grace Jones, Mavis Staples, Danny Brown, De La Soul, Pusha T and more. It’s out April 28 via Parlophone.

Earlier this week, Humanz collaborator Pusha T explained that when Albarn initially asked the rapper to contribute to the new album last year, he told him “to conceptualize the album, you know, like the album’s a party for the end of the world, like if Trump were to win.”
