Hip-hop veteran Murs has one of the broadest CVs in hip-hop.

A crew rapper (Felt), singer (Whole Wheat Bread) and festival co-ordinator (Paid Dues), Murs comes over as one of those folks that can’t stand saying ‘No’ to things. His latest venture is a case in point. As All Hip-Hop report, Murs is set to curate a series of hip-hop concerts at the L.A. County Museum Of Art.

The series – titled ‘Through The Mic’ – kicks off on May 17, and run through until October 18. Murs’ own group 3MG will kick off proceedings, with Dumbfounded set to follow in June. Shows will follow every third Thursday of the month. You can watch an effusive promotional video for the project below.
