The Upfront Project continues its weekly residency at Vauxhall’s Lightbox this Friday with a broad spread of dancefloor innovators in tow.

Dominating proceedings will be a live performance from latest Brainfeeder signing Ryat [pictured], whose debut LP, Totem, saw the label make an unexpected foray into avant-pop territory. Elsewhere, Ikonika and Cooly G will be representing London’s cutting edge, while Luckyme affiliate and master selector Eclair Fifi will be flying the flag for Glasgow. Support will come from a welter of younger-generation talent including Ifan Dafyyd, Eliphino and Two Inch Punch.

Future Upfront Project nights look set to be similarly forward-facing, with the likes of Rashad & Spinn, Darkstar and dEbruit making appearances in the coming weeks.
