Lollapalooza announces line-ups for events in Brazil, Chile

Perry Farrell’s festival announces the lineups for next year’s South American jaunt.

For the third consecutive year, Lollapalooza will descend on Chile for a weekend edition of its famed festival. The Chilean festival will take place on April 6-7 in Santiago’s O’Higgins Park. The headliners are Pearl Jam, The Black Keys, Deadmau5 and Queens of the Stone Age, with a line-up rounded out by other titans of alternative and electronic music: A Perfect Circle, Passion Pit, Crystal Castles, Toro y Moi, Hot Chip, and Major Lazer, among others.

In addition, Lollapalooza will return to São Paulo, Brazil at the São Paulo Jockey Club from March 29-31. The line-up is expected to be essentially the same as the Chilean bill, with The Killers joining the list of headliners.

Starting today, VIP 2 Day passes are available for the Santiago festival. Tomorrow morning, users registered on Lollapalooza’s website will have access to pre-sale tickets for the Brazilian edition. Organizers have shared the following promo video for the Brazilian festival, and flyers for both events are below. Line-ups for the Chicago (August 2-4) and Tel Aviv (August 20-22) festivals have yet to be announced.
