Lily Rose Cooper is Lily Allen again, and the Year of the Comeback continues.

The English pop star took a hiatus from music back in 2009, eventually announcing vague plans to record music about a year ago. Details about a follow-up to 2009’s It’s Not Me, It’s You have been scarce, other than to suggest that “it’s shaping up pretty well” and that it will feature songs about “babies [and] nappies.”

Now, she’s taken to Twitter to launch a new website. While there are no other details yet, we’ll be monitoring this one. Allen’s last credit was a feature on Pink’s ‘True Love’; watch the video below. [via NME]
