The ur-grime instrumental is coming back on wax.

Now that everyone and Myleene Klass is a grime fan, don’t be surprised to see more vinyl reloads of classic tracks like this one.

The influence of Youngstar’s ‘Pulse X’ beat, first released in 2002, can’t be overstated, and like certain other vintage instrumentals that have come back into rotation recently (the inescapable ‘Rhythm & Gash’), it still sounds absolutely mint.

‘Pulse X’ is coming back on 12″ next month via London label White Peach, backed with three more tunes from the Musical Mob producer: ‘Revival’, ‘Formula’ and ‘Formula 2’.
