Registration is now open for this year’s event.

Ableton’s Loop summit for music-makers will return for its third edition in Berlin from November 10-12.

This year’s event will once again be held at the city’s Funkhaus venue, a former East German recording studio, where attendees will be able to attend workshops and take inspiration from a host of guest speakers.

The 2017 program won’t be revealed until July, but last year’s speakers included Moritz von Oswald, Jazzy Jeff, Suzanne Ciani (pictured above), Chino Amobi and Elysia Crampton.

Ableton promises that this year’s edition will feature the same mix of events alongside “new ways to collaborate and exchange ideas with others”. Capacity will also be increased to meet demand.

Tickets for Loop 2017 are available to anyone, but prospective attendees need to register to enter the ticket purchasing process at the Loop website.

Last year, FACT brought its Against The Clock series to Loop, where a selection of artists took the 10-minute track-making challenge live in front of a studio audience. Watch Kirk Knight’s session below.
