Dutch collective Wichelroede is extending its occasional online mix series with its first physical release, and they’ve recruited two of the UK’s finest DJs to help them do it.

Hessle Audio DJ Ben UFO and NTS Radio’s Beatrice Dillon have each contributed a mix for Wichelroede’s debut cassette, with “fast but spacious weirder techno” from the former contrasted against a typically diverse selection from the crate-digging Dillon.

Both have released cassettes before, as JunoPlus points out, through The Trilogy Tapes and other labels, while Dillon became one of our favourite new talents of last year through releases like ‘Face A/B’ on Where To Now? and her unclassifiable collaboration with Rupert Clervaux.

Titled 43:44 / 44:32, the tape arrives later this month. In the meantime, stream Ben UFO’s recent three-hour session from Osaka below.
