Police say some of the victims of the alleged assaults were between 12 and 20.

Two of Sweden’s biggest festivals were hit with over 40 reports of rape and sexual assault over the weekend, according to Associated Press.

Police recorded five reports of rapes and 12 of sexual assault at Bravalla, Sweden’s biggest music festival, while there were 35 incidents of alleged sexual assault at free festival Putte I Parken, where the youngest victim was just 12 years old.

Police say “the description of the perpetrators is diverse, with the one common denominator being that these are all young men.” Seven men are being sought in connection with the attacks at Putte I Parken.

One of the performers at Bravalla, Tinie Tempah collaborator Zara Larrson, expressed her anger via Twitter: “Damn you people who shamelessly rape a girl in public. Damn you guys who make a girl feel unsafe when they go to a festival. I hate guys. Hate hate hate.”

Neither festival has yet to make a statement on the incidents.
