Sheffield’s Tramlines Festival was already looking like a solid bet for summer fun, but now they’ve managed to tip it over the edge.

What can we honestly say about Public Enemy that hasn’t been covered in greater detail before? Simply put if you were listening to rap music in the 80s and 90s and managed to avoid ’em, you were doing it wrong.

Chuck D and pals are still fighting the power today, and are locked in to throw down at Tramlines this year, bringing the noise to Sheffield like only they can. Also confirmed are Maurice Fulton, Luke Solomon, Sky Larkin and loads more, and they join an already bursting lineup featuring The Gaslamp Killer, Gold Panda, Levon Vincent, The Wedding Present and plenty of others.
