‘Spender’, a new track by rapper Smiler, heavily samples (to the point where she does the whole hook) Lana Del Rey covering Shirley Bassey’s 1967 single ‘Big Spender’ while using the studio next door to Smiler in 2010. It’ll be released as part of his new mixtape All I Know on February 27 [via NME].
