The August bank holiday is coming up, and that means only one thing: Notting Hill Carnival.

With that in mind, FACT TV’s latest episode pits two of the nation’s premiere party starters, Toddla T and Oneman, against each other in an interview. Sheffield’s Toddla T first came to our attention with 2008’s ‘Do U Know’ 7″ and Ghettoblaster #1 mixtape, and in the years since, we’ve seen him release two albums for Ninja Tune, host a regular show on Radio 1, and generally hold fort as one of the UK’s most loved DJs. He’s also deeply committed to reggae and dancehall, and doesn’t mind shelling out for dubs from some of Jamaica’s finest.

Oneman came to the attention of most around the same time: hailing from South London, his long blends of UK garage and dubstep on React FM were – as mad as this sounds in the relatively genre-less landscape of 2012 – mostly uncharted territory, and he’s now a favourite resident of both Rinse FM and Boiler Room.

Both Toddla and Oneman will be DJing at Deviation’s Carnival after-party, with DJ Zinc, Benji B and more at Kilburn Lane’s Paradise pub. The party kicks off at 6pm and will be packed, so don’t say you weren’t warned.
