The Upfront Project, the club series based at Vauxhall’s Lightbox, is to team up with Data Transmission to tip a hat to Stockholm label/DJ crew Studio Barnhus.

The trio, made up of Axel Boman, Kornel Kovacs and Petter Nordkvist will be stopping by on Friday October 19. Their off-kilter, fun strand of house music should be a suitable Autumn warmer, and the trio’s rapport should keep the mood light throughout. They’ll be joined by Crosstown Rebels’ Russ Yallop, specialist in funk-heavy disco house. House tenderfoot Max Chapman is on board, as is Italian producer SLOK, late of One Records. Other acts on the bill include Lawrence Daffurn, Dalton & Trench, Jimmybee, Jack Lyons, plus Data Transmission residents.
