New South London grime crew The Square will release their debut, The Formula, through No Hats No Hoods on August 25.

Somewhere between a debut mixtape and a starter kit, The Formula showcases all seven members of the crew, some of whom both rap and produce. The most high-profile member of the square is Novelist, due to his collaboration with Mumdance ‘Take Time’ and sets with the likes of Slimzee, Slackk, Skepta and Jammer, but keen grime fans may also be up on producer Lolingo, who contributed to Boxed Vol. 2, and the crew’s MCs from their sets on Flex FM.
