The Austrian festival returns for its 11th year with an impressive lineup of music, lectures, and art.

This October, Elevate will return to the city of Graz in Austria and though they aren’t even finished rolling out the line up, it’s already looking to be a very impressive couple days. Most exciting is Demdike Stare who will debut a new live show based around their recently completed Testpressing series. Also attending are noise maestro Helm, juke pioneer RP Boo, and the Lebanese folk-inspired electronic artist Jerusalem In My Heart performing with Suuns. Then there’s the elastic house music of Heatsick and that doesn’t even get into the non-musical additions.

From that campe, Elevate is including visual artist Antonino D’Ambrosio, Mike Bonanno (best known for The Yes Men films) and Larisa Mann (also known as DJ Ripley). Also of note is special guest Indian physicist and environmental activist Vandana Shiva who will be speaking.
