After releasing her best album as Circuit Des Yeux last year, Haley Fohr escaped into a mysterious new project called Jackie Lynn. The character led to some of the experimental artist’s most exploratory music and now she’s added a new metatextual layer with this unsettling “documentary” from filmmaker Julia Dratel.
