Mount Eerie’s ‘Ravens’ video is an unflinching look at grief

Made with footage shot by Phil Elverum and his late wife.

Mount Eerie has released ‘Ravens’ a new song and video from his upcoming album A Crow Looked At Me, written in the wake of his wife Geneviève Elverum’s death from cancer.

Through both its detailed lyrics and visuals, which include nature footage the Elverums shot together, ‘Ravens’ offers an unflinching glimpse into the typically private songwriter’s life and grief.

Listen to the previously released ‘Real Death’ and look for A Crow Looked At Me March 24.
