On ‘100$ Bills’, Jay-Z mixes the Roaring Twenties, tales of drug-dealing, and clips from The Great Gatsby over a rollicking beat by E*Vax, one half of electro-rap production duo Ratatat. Jay keeps it one hundred (as the kids say) with a flow reminiscent of Travis Porter’s ‘Make It Rain’.
