Phonica will present a Ramp Recordings showcase at Shoreditch’s East Village club on November 18.

Headlining is Maxmillon Dunbar, who’s just released his first album for the label, Cool Water. Blunted Robots’ Shortstuff brings his fluid, high-colour brand of UK house to proceedings, while recent Ramp signing Bad Autopsy is in attendance.

Computer Jay [above], part of Dam-Funk’s band and a sometimes jaw-dropping producer in his own right is also on board, along with  label boss Tom Kerridge, Throwing Snow and Phonica DJs. There’s also talk of a very special guest, but our lips are sealed.

There will also be a related Phonica in-store nearer the time. Doors open at 9pm, and the night runs ’til 3am. For a taste of what to expect, download today’s FACT mix, which comes from the man behind the label.
