Twelve new additions to the line-up of the Animal Collective-curated ATP have been made.

Chief among them is Big Boi, one half of Outkast and latterly acclaimed solo artist, performing a live set that will presumably draw heavily upon last year’s Sir Lucious Leftfoot: Son of Chico Dusty LP. Cult indie outfit Thinking Fellers Union Local 282 should keep the cardigan-wearers happy, while the securing of the services of minimalist composer legend Terry Riley represents something of a coup.

Deerhunter’s Bradford Cox will drop by to perform Atlas Sound material, and there will also be an appearance from Teengirl Fantasy. The other new additions are Micachu & The Shapes, The Entrance Band, Orthrelm, Tickley Feather, Drawlings, Kria Brekkan and Black Dice’s Eric Copeland.

The festival, which takes place at Butlins in Minehead, UK on May 13-15, was already looking very strong, thanks to confirmed performances from – among others – Broadcast, Gang Gang Dance, Airel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti, The Frogs, Omar-S, I.U.D., Prince Rama, Group Doueh, Vladislav Delay.
