Tourist Trap is an intimate Berlin clubnight from the people behind Sandwell District and Downwards.

For their Saturday 28 May party, Regis and co have invited their old mucker Mick Harris over from Birmingham, to play a live set as Scorn. Having recently dropped an excellent new Scorn LP, Refuse; Start Fires, expect the former Napalm Death man to be in typically combative, ear-assaulting form.

Sandwell’s Function will be DJing solo, as well as pairing up with Regis for a Sandwell District set, and Dasha Rush is guest spinner. However, we’re most excited about the appearance from Sandra Electronics. Originally a Regis solo venture, the last Sandra release, 2010’s ‘It Slipped Her Mind’ 10″, saw Juan Mendez (Silent Servant, Tropic of Cancer) join the project; expect droning, corrosive minimal wave and electronic raga inspired by the Velvets, Suicide and Amon Duul II.

The night starts early (10pm) and goes on and on; the location is Horst Krzbrg, Tempelhofer Ufer 1, Kreuzbrg, Berlin 10961.
