The first release on Joy Orbison and Will Bankhead’s new label Hinge Finger comes from New York’s Madteo [above], whose past work includes a record for the indisputably fine Workshop label. Honest Jon’s – who distribute Hinge Finger – have the record up for sale with samples; so far we’re most impressed with the glitched-out, Actress-style thump of ‘Biz ‘R’ Us (Whore Powers Resolution).
