Mosca has recorded a mix to promote his appearance at Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide Festival.

Former Radio 1 jock Peterson (he recently broadcast his last show on the station before his switch to BBC 6 Music) has been pushing Mosca (who himself recently bagged a rotating slot on Radio 1) since the start, and the London producer here returns the favour with a mix of upfront “underground house – deep, soulful, and tech sounds”.

Although Mosca’s known as someone who takes on various genres of music – his past singles have nodded to dancehall, hip-hop, UK Funky, bassline house, techno and more – his house selection as a DJ is always guaranteed to a) move a dancefloor, and b) make you think “what the Hell is that record?” on at least one occasion.
