Tinashe’s original ‘Let Me Love You‘ is a Weeknd-esque mixtape cut. In the hands of XXYYXX, however, it propels with a resounding low-end and shimmers with chiptuned acrobatics. XXYYXX is the alias of Marcel Everett, a 16 year old Floridian who is still rough around the edges but shows tons of promise; his remix of Usher’s ‘Climax’ was similarly dynamic.
