The alt rock trio returns with their first album since 1999′s Unauthorized Biography of Reinhold Messner.

The rollicking ‘Do It Anyway’ is the first track from Ben Folds Five’s The Sound of the Life of the Mind. Directed by Phil Hodges for Chris Hardwick’s Nerdist comedy empire, ‘Do It Anyway’ features the Fraggles of Jim Henson’s cult favorite Fraggle Rock.

As the band plays the new tune, comedian Rob Corddry shows up as a sleazy record producer; actress Anna Kendrick and Hardwick appear, as well. The Muppets’ less-famous cousins dominate the clip, which eventually devolves into the Fraggle Rock theme.

The Sound of the Life of the Mind is out this week via ImaVeePee Records/Sony Music.
