“That gum you like is going to come back in style.”

David Lynch‘s forays into music have been spotty, but always interesting, and this latest experiment might be his finest to date. Entitled The Big Dream, it finds the bizarre director revisiting the hazy 50s pop and murky blues sounds that he made his own back in the 90s and that’s a very good thing indeed.

You can stream the whole record right now over at Pitchfork Advance and trust us you won’t be disappointed.

The Big Dream is due out on Sunday Best on July 16.
