The DJ Mag Top 100 competition is an annual celebration of the world’s highest-grossing big room DJs — and a source of consternation for everyone else in the dance music world. Last year, the magazine was even accused of taking payments for positive coverage and rankings.

At least the DJs involved have a good sense of humor about how preposterous the jockeying for position on the list has become. Paul Oakenfold, Boys Noize, Afrojack, Dillon Francis, Destructo, and — wait for it — Alanis Morisette present cases for themselves (or in Francis’ case, Tiesto) as Top 100 contenders.
