The queen of hip hop soul meets the kings of UK dance music.

Following details earlier this month that Disclosure had produced at least one song, and likely more, on Mary J. Blige‘s forthcoming The London Sessions album, you can now hear the song in question, ‘Right Now’, via Blige’s official YouTube account.

The song is the first taste of the new album which also features Sam Smith, Jimmy Napes and Naughty Boy. Recorded in London during a recent stay, The London Sessions is executive produced by legendary American producer Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins.

Speaking on the collabration to The Guardian earlier this year, Disclosure’s Howard Lawrence noted that Blige left the writing of the music to the brothers while she focused on the lyrics, and that most of the song was written in a couple of hours with extensive editing and polishing afterwards.
