YG has given his first interview since being shot in LA earlier this month.

The Compton rapper was shot at a recording studio in Studio City, Los Angeles on June 12. In a new interview with Billboard, YG has revealed that he left the hospital that night and was in the studio the very next day to continue recording his new album. “I’m hard to kill,” he said.

YG clarified that he was only shot once, although the bullet inflicted three wounds. “It was not gang-related at all,” he said. “It just happened out of the blue. We don’t know who did it, we don’t know why. We don’t know nothing.”

He also revealed the title of his next album. The follow-up to last year’s My Krazy Life will be titled Still Krazy. DJ Mustard is likely to appear, whilst an album cut called ‘Twist My Fingers’ will shed some light on the shooting.
