As you might expect, Kanye West’s Glastonbury performance had a lot of swearing.

The BBC warned viewers of bad language before the performance, and it was screened well after the 9pm watershed, but that didn’t stop people registering their anger anyway.

According to Ofcom, 44 people complained, and the body will now decide whether or not to conduct a formal investigation as to whether there was a breach in the broadcasting code.

It’s probably worth noting that the number pales in comparison to the 150 people who complained to ITV for censoring Kanye’s Brit Awards performance earlier this year.

Though the audio of Kanye West’s Glastonbury performance wasn’t censored, the subtitles were – with hilarious results. [via The Guardian]
