The score for the 1979 camp classic is one of the best ever.

Death Waltz will release a limited edition vinyl edition of Nico Fidenco’s original score for Zombi Holocaust, featuring 13 previously-unheard cues. The 500-copy, two-LP set comes on multicolored splatter vinyl and is on sale August 19.

As we wrote in our rundown of the 100 greatest horror soundtracks of all time, the Zombi Holocaust score is “all the right kinds of sleazy” as “Fidenco mashes together exotica and the all-important creeping electronic drones to land on a collection of tracks that end up being surprisingly complex.”
