Financial troubles push the bankrupt rapper out of the list.

Drake has taken 50 Cent’s long-time spot on Forbes’ list of the five richest hip-hop stars.

The switch comes from a combination of 50’s financial troubles and lucrative business moves from Drake (partnerships with Sprite, Apple, and Nike) as well as the enormous success of his new album Views. Drake currently has an estimated net worth of $60 million, though he has a long way to go as Diddy tops the list with roughly $750 million.

50 Cent has recently had a rough time in bankruptcy court, but he recently got a boost when his self-help book was read aloud in the Senate during a filibuster. His situation can only improve when he battles The Predator in 2018.
